I have invested with five multi-family ownership groups in four markets across the nation. Of these groups, Blueline knows their focus market, the great Denver area, more thoroughly than any other group with which I invest. They provide extremely conservative IRR and cap rate estimates and they deliver timely interest and principal re-payment along w quarterly property summaries. They are honest and succinct in their appraisal of their properties’ performance. They aren’t overly rosy when things are going well and they don’t sugarcoat circumstances when investment is needed. I trust them implicitly and look forward to each deal they bring. I can’t speak highly enough about the individuals involved and their product as a whole.
